We at DistriDeals do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to your home as quickly as possible. If you order on a working day, you can expect your package at your home the next working day!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in the same condition it was received, otherwise we unfortunately cannot return it.
We offer various payment methods on our webshop to make it as easy as possible for you to pay for your order. You can pay with us with iDEAL, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
I have a damaged item, what now?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact form on our website. Depending on the situation, we can replace the item, repair it or refund the purchase price.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and state your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can return it for a refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability. We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only offer shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands. During checkout you can enter your address and view the available shipping options. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on your location.
Can I exchange an item for another item or size?
Yes, it is possible to exchange an item for another item or size. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and state your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Our customer service will guide you through the exchange process and inform you about the availability of the desired item or size. As soon as the exchanged item arrives at us, we will send the new item to you as soon as possible.
